The meeting videos can be found here on the town website.

At the Dec 18 BOS meeting selectman Mudgett made the point that before he leaves the board he wants to tie up a few loose ends, one of them being sure of the peril of the fire dept sinking equipment bay floor, since that building was done " on his watch "
I would prefer to hear his thoughts on how the town can properly build public buildings in the future, meeting our needs structurally, and financially.
It would also help remediation if he would share with us details of the excavation for that building, what load bearing charistics they found in the dirt, and the logic behind the decission to proceed with the building.
This is NOT tied only to mr M, he was only a cog in the wheel, but his insite would assist remediation.

Who were the slectmen at the time the Life Safety Build and Town Hall were built? Anyone know?

P S B built 2003. $ 2.7 million, 29,000 sq ft. A 3 man BOS then, I think. Would have been Ernest Davis, Mudgett, and perhaps Crawford? Need confirmation here.
Town Hall built 1996 2640 sq ft plus big 1920 sq ft Bsmt.

Town Website only has annual reports back to 2009, and no historical records. Ask JOE...
