No minutes posted yet, on town website. Will have to spend One hour 20 min to find out how many more innovative reasons they have come up with for buying the preserve at Lee Pond. Remember guys...private funds only...no town funds.

AT @ 1:17 NON-PUBLIC SESSION...

The reason given is not good enough for a public body, appointed by the governing body, that has oversight duty over appointed agencies.

Stated in video, a lawful exercise ... RSA91-A:3, II...

Not good enough ... unless the claim is all of II.

Which one: a, b, c, d, e, f, g, h, j, or all of them?

Also, pay attention to section III, especially the part about 72 hours.

I'll be out of state for a week or so, and thought I'd leave some notes. I'm sad that I'll be missing the Gym hearing on the 15th. Hope it gets recorded and doesn't get "edited" too much!

HHHMMMM .... editing public records ... like video ... sounds like another posting ... or another warrant petition to expand MoBo recording/dissemination of public meetings.

The following are not written in legalese and are digestible!
