Be Careful about what you tear down....this is an interesting application for a 19 ft wide house replacment, on a narrow lot. No info on how big the new dwelling will be. Following is a comment by planner:

The Planner noted that the owner has the right to tear the existing dwelling down. It is a lot of record. It is an oddly shaped lot of record with a strange building envelope. Once they tear the structure down, any grandfathering goes away, which is the reason this application is before the board. They feel that they cannot fit a useable or reasonable dwelling inside the narrow building envelope.

New Bus ? said...

Final topic announced a series of off-campus training courses for ZBA members....said that if enough members wanted to attend, they could take the Van. WHAT VAN.
Anyone remember a CIPC request to buy a van? Where is it housed? Who uses it? Do we require a Limo license, or a CDL to drive it, or can anyone be a bus driver? How many passenger?

The town owns a passenger van purchased I believe 3 or 4 years ago. When not in use it is parked behind the Town Hall.
