"The Planner suggested that a better term
to be included on the agenda as “Citizen’s Forum” allowing the public the opportunity to speak with the
Board about planning issues.
This would be for input only, not for board discussion."

Good suggestion!

Would be useful relative to situations as in page three of the minutes, as well, if "the forum" were opened-up to all. An example is "alternates", that are not voting members at a particular meeting. They have no more legal right to discussion than any other resident in the audience, no matter where they are seated. Deliberation and voting is restricted to the "seated members". It's nice, when they are identified at meeting outset; not that are alternates, who is voting.

It's great, being able to view and listen to town officials working issues, as elected officials and as volunteers, via the video. Just because no one is seated in front of the boards/committees doesn't mean there isn't an audience. Now, if there was a way of feedback to the Boards/Committees (civilly); in real time would a plus.
