Blogger. Is there a long term road plan with a point at which it decreases or will it go on forever increasing from year to year?

There is a six year plan that rolls over every year to the next six years. There is an arbitrary ceiling of 5% increase annually, but no plan to reduce each year. Will it increase every year forever? I hope not. No reason we can't keep capital spending flat.

Blogger ...... is there a master list of town roads and intersections to be repaired and we are working that from year to year. The DOT has its ten year plan. Do we have one?

Suggest you contact our DPW Director Scott Kinmond. skinmond@moultonboroughnh.gov Our roads program is very scientific and he has a UNH computer program that he uses which drives ( no pun intended) the roads program.
