States Landing Beach, Boat Ramp & Park Design Workshop 2 Wednesday, January 13, 2016 6:00PM Town Hall

The States Landing Beach design has been worked on by residents and interested Townspeople during the past two clean up and green up days at the beach, but now you have the opportunity to weigh in on how it may be done, how much gets done and when by assisting the Planning Board with a final design to bring to the voters. Workshop 1 reviewed the changes made to the concept plan that have removed park elements from the wetland buffers and reduced the number of some of these elements and identified which elements of the plan are priorities and which are not and considered phasing and costs. The work group did not finalize prioritization at this workshop session.

Workshop 2 (1/13/16) will continue the prioritization, phasing and scheduling process and also be a discussion with the Town Engineer and Town Staff on the States Landing Road project. The goal is to assist the Town Engineer in preparing the final design plan that will be submitted to the Planning Board for site plan review and a public hearing.

If you cannot attend and have comments you would like to submit, please send them to Mr. Bruce W Woodruff, Town Planner, by mail to PO Box 139 Moultonborough, NH 03254, by fax to 1.603.476.5835, or email to bwoodruff@moultonboroughnh.gov such that they are received by 4 p.m. on the day before the meeting
