The BOS WRITTEN charge to the CIPC requires the committee to post their Public Hearing meeting 14 days in advance AND to have all relevant documents available at the time of the hearing notice. That requirement is 14 days in advance for the documents as well. Yes, there are extenuating circumstances, but in looking at the documents just placed on the town web site today...(just 1 day in advance), it appears it was not a huge task to make this info available. Updating the spread sheet is certainly not a huge task and scanning the few supporting documents is not hard at all. And the documents are buried within the Committee web page. Since this is the first time any of this info has been made available....the committee minutes are scant and lack any specificity....tomorrows hearing should be very interesting.
The program documents were available to the public. They were and are at Town Hall.
Well, your response is certainly problematical, since the spreadsheet is titled DRAFT 8/24/16 (today). How could this be what was available back when the meeting was noticed? It could only have been available today.
The spreadsheet was updated and finalized at the last meeting of the CIPC.
