A tough act to follow, and an example for us all.

At tonight's BoS meeting , CIPC Chair Jordan Prouty presented the 2017-2022 capital program to the BoS and then tendered his resignation from the committee after 25+ years of dedicated public service to Moultonborough as an elected and appointed official. He presented his letter of resignation to a standing ovation of the BoS and audience in attendance.
At 89 years ( young) it is a well deserved retirement. Between Moultonborough and other places he has lived, it has been all about public service. A  remarkable couple, Mr. and Mrs. Prouty. An example for us all.
Jordan said it best when he left the meeting: " I love Moultonborough."  The feeling is mutual.

That kind of person is hard to come by. BIG congratulations to them.
