Moultonboro 2016 Net Property Valuations Increased by 4%

The total net valuation for Moultonboro for 2016, which is used to compute the Town, County and Local Education tax rates, is $2,842,984,390.  This is a 4% increase over 2015, or $110,848,528. This includes utilities valuation of approximately $30 million.

Residential values increased 5%, vacant land decreased 2%, commercial property values decreased 1%, condominiums increased 7% and waterfront values increased 4%.

I think you have a typo on the total town valuation. Hard to believe it is only $2.8 MILLION!!
