The BoS presented a proclamation declaring May 20th through May 26th as National Public Works Week.
The Moultonboro Public Works Department to celebrate will have a “Fill-A-Public Works Truck” to support the Lakes Region Food Pantry and it will be located at the Transfer Station and then at the Public Safety Building.
Dollar General, the Central School and the Academy will also be collecting food. During the week, the DPW will have a “Touch-A-Truck” event at the Central School, and Academy students are competing to design a tee shirt for the Public Works crew to wear this summer.
Thank you Moultonboro Public Works employees for the great and sometimes thankless job you do every day of the year.
